Interior Design
The interiors of a company's offices or points of sale — are more than just completed design projects. Every space reflects the essence of the brand: its values, character and ambitions. Branding office spaces in conjunction with the employer brand is especially important. Interior branding — is the visual tone of voice of the brand, speaking the same language as its visitors.
The task of professionals who aim to create more than just a harmonious interior — is to forge a strong bond between the brand and the visitors who experience it, embodying its essence in the physical dimension.
When designing an interior, we convey the company's promises verbally and visually, creating a lasting image in the minds of consumers. Anchoring this image helps foster a favourable working environment — through the direct communication of employees and visitors with the brand, and by capturing the company's unique approach.
An interior can embody either a formal approach to organising the workforce or a creative one — with a greater degree of freedom. This not only reflects the individual characteristics of the brand, but also aligns employees with the company's business culture.
That is precisely why interior design — is an important tool for the brand's communication with its target audiences.
If you already have a finished, renovated space, our team can also help brand it to reflect the ideas of the corporate, product or employer brand. In addition, we develop wayfinding systems, including planning their structure and the type and number of signs.

An idea fully realised in an office interior unobtrusively promotes the approach the company practises: integrated copy can motivate employees to adopt certain practices and raise their level of competence, and encourage them to identify with the company brand.
Designing point-of-sale interiors in a single style consistent with the brand concept creates a stable, consistent brand image that occupies its own mental niche in the consumer's mind. And clear wayfinding in the corporate identity, integrated into the interior, will be a help to the shopper – it will warm them to the brand and create additional motivation to buy your product.
Interior design development for a company's premises takes place in 5 stages:
— Audit.
At this stage we conduct research: we analyse the current interior and layout solutions, assess how well they match the brand platform, identify benchmarks and talk to the brand's ideologists. Based on the audit, we shape conceptual vectors that will be relevant to the brand's existing heritage and the company's strategic goals.
— Layout solutions and seating plan.
At this stage we develop a system of layouts that will make it possible to realise the required interior and conceptual solutions and will create the most comfortable environment for corporate communication.
— Sketch design: design concept.
The sketch design serves as the basis for further interior development. At this stage we present the creative idea for the interior and make sure we speak the same language as you - we make the necessary adjustments to the presented concepts and calibrate our vision of the result.
— Design project and concept book.
At this stage we present a design project that is fully ready for implementation, meets the company's goals and objectives and reflects its brand. The design project is a set of documents that includes an album of visualisations, specifications, drawings and elevations. At the client's request, it can be compiled into a concept book that contains everything - from layout solutions to the specific dimensions and brands of suitable furniture. The concept book serves as a guide for implementing the design project within the creative concept and is also a scaling tool for companies with several offices or retail outlets.
— Designer supervision.
This stage involves the direct implementation of the design project by the agency's architectural team. We will select proven contractors, ensure compliance with regulations, find where to source the best materials, and bring to life exactly those solutions that match our shared vision of the result.
